Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, the product you receive will be the same as the one shown in the picture, unless otherwise stated in the product description. We make every effort to ensure that our product images accurately reflect the item you will receive.
However, please note that slight variations in colour or packaging may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturer updates.

Where can I view my order receipt?
  1. Order Confirmation Email: Right after purchase, most e-commerce sites send an order confirmation email that includes the receipt with order details.

  2. User Account / Order History: When logged into their account on your website, customers can usually find a section like "My Orders" or "Order History", where they can click on individual orders to view and download receipts.

  3. Order Details Page: Sometimes there is a dedicated page linked from the order confirmation screen or the account area where the receipt can be viewed or printed.

  4. Mobile App (if applicable): If your e-commerce business has a mobile app, receipts are often accessible within the order history or profile sections.

How can I return an item?
  • Sign in to your Vashtee Account, click on “My Account” from bottom.

  • Select the “My Order” section and click on the View all.

  • Choose the item you want to return and click on “initiate return”

  • Please select your desired refund method.

    Returns Policy

    1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on Daraz app or website. Return request must be raised within 14 days from the date of delivery.
    2. For electronic appliances & mobile phones related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty. For more information on warranty claims, please view our Warranty Policy.
    3. For selected categories, we accept a change of mind. Please refer to the section below on Return Policy per Category for more information.

    Valid reasons to return an item

    1. Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
    2. Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories)
    3. Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour, fake item, or expired)
    4. Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised)
    5. Delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable)
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Restocking "out of stock" items is common in e-commerce, especially for high-demand products. If an item receives many restock notifications or sells quickly, it's likely profitable to restock. However, always consider supplier availability and storage costs.
