You can request a return if:
The item is damaged, defective, or not as described
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories
You request a return within 7 days of receiving your order
- Items Not Eligible for Return
Items marked “non-returnable” (e.g., perishable goods, personal care items, lingerie, etc.)
Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs
Digital products, gift cards, or services once delivered
- How to Request a Return
Log in to your Vashtee account
Go to My Orders > Select the order > Click Return
Follow the instructions and choose your reason
We’ll arrange pickup or ask you to drop the item at a designated location
- Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days
You’ll be refunded to your original payment method or as Vashtee Wallet credit, based on your preference
- Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can request a return after delivery
